I'm a Gardener?

Maybe "Gardener" is too ambitious. How about seed sprouter? But that's the first step. And I have seeds that have sprouted! And it only took a week.

Hopefully in the next 45-60 days, I will have pictures of Okra and Carrots to share.
Fingers crossed!

Isn't it crazy how fast the sprouts come up? I'm just amazed at how nature works sometimes. Once, we had a bird feeder on a post in our flower bed. The feed had sunflower seeds in it and I guess the birds knocked some out because I noticed a few sprouts a week later. Turned out they were sunflowers. They grew and grew and they were beautiful! I was just amazed that they sprouted without being planted.

That's my kind of garden - One that requires zero work on your part but became beautiful flowers! My kids love to check on these each morning. Let's hope I can keep them alive to yield edible goods.
